Synopsis of Hard Target

Natasha (Yancy Butler) is young and wealthy. This time she came to New Orleans specifically to find her long-lost veteran father. However, she was robbed as soon as she entered the city. Unemployed seaman Zans (Jean-Claude Van Damme) acted bravely and helped her fight off the robbers. Seeing that Zans has a sense of justice, Natasha hired him to find her father. Zans, who had saved enough money to go to sea again, readily agreed. Soon, the police found Natasha's father, who was burned by the fire. Zans, who had a keen intuition, felt that the matter was not simple. He searched the scene carefully and finally found Natasha's father's soldier card that had been shot through by an arrow, thus confirming that Natasha's father had been shot. Through investigation, Zans and Natasha discovered that there was a group of thugs in New Orleans who specifically found helpless veterans and then let the rich hunt them like animals. Xance and Natasha are determined to bring this ruthless gang of thugs to justice!
