Synopsis of April Snow
The concert is in progress, and the lighting director In-seo (played by Bae Yong-joon) leaves the job in a hurry after handing over the work to his assistant. He learned that his wife Sujin (played by Lim Sang-hyo) had a car accident and rushed to the corridor outside the operating room in Samcheok City, Gangwon Province, where he met Shuying (played by Son Yejin).
