Synopsis of The Dragon Missile

This film is a 1978 work by the famous director He Menghua and screenwriter Ni Kuang. The story tells that the treacherous Prime Minister Qin Quan (played by Gu Feng) was suffering from gangrene and was in danger, so he ordered the chief guard Sima Jun (played by Luo Lie) to go to the pharmacist to get the longevity vine to cure the disease. The pharmacist knew that Qin Quan wanted to use it and refused to do so. Sima Jun had no choice but to kill the pharmacist and take away the treasure box containing the longevity vine. Sima Jun's junior brother Tie Erlang (played by Liu Yong), out of righteous indignation, took the opportunity to steal the longevity vine. Sima Jun angrily killed Tie Mu, but still could not find the longevity vine. Erlang was devastated when he saw his mother was killed. He teamed up with the pharmacist's daughter Tan Li (played by Yan Nanxi) to start a life-and-death battle with Sima Jun...
