Synopsis of Bleeding Steel

In 2007, Dr. James studied cyborgs with the support of Peninsula arms dealers. During the research process, the biochemical man Andre developed a genetic mutation and went on a killing spree. He killed the peninsula arms dealer, took control of his organization, and took over the research on the biochemical man. Dr. James escaped by chance and had to seek police protection.
