Synopsis of Crime Story

This is adapted from the sensational kidnapping case of Wang Dehui in Hong Kong. Hong Kong tycoon Wang Yifei (played by Luo Jiaying) has been kidnapped again since he was kidnapped last time and returned safely! Senior police officials paid close attention to the case, and the information on the case was even considered highly confidential. The young and promising Bangban Chen (played by Jackie Chan) is responsible for investigating the case. Since he has no clue for many days, he can only ask Hong Ye (played by Zheng Zeshi), the old policeman who previously rescued Wang Yifei from the robbers. Mr. Hong provided many ideas for Chen to handle the case, and Mr. Chen followed Mr. Hong's instructions step by step to track down the truth of the case. However, as the case gradually reached its climax, Deputy Chen suddenly found that he seemed to be played by the gangsters, and the gangsters knew his every move! What are the gangster's abilities that make Assistant Chen repeatedly frustrated?
