Synopsis of Days related to youth

This play is adapted from Wang Shuo's novel "Playing with Heartbeat". Writer Fang Yan (played by Tong Dawei) learns from the police that his childhood friend Gao Yang (played by Guo Jinglin) has passed away, and recalls the growth of him and a group of childhood friends. Dialect, full of thoughts, returned to the other side of reality from the ocean of memories. Fang Yan's life, which had been peaceful for a long time, was broken again. He decided to visit his past partners with all kinds of questions. They were all children born in a military compound in Beijing in the late 1950s, and they experienced that special era together. In the mid-1970s, they joined the army and left Beijing. In the 1980s, the spring breeze of reform blew from China's southern coastal cities, and Guangzhou, an open frontier city, was in full swing. The wave of doing business overseas has attracted countless young people to give it a try and realize their ambitions. Some of my companions at that time went to college, some went to Guangzhou to do business, some of the friends I grew up with disappeared, some died, and some returned to Beijing resolutely after going through all the hardships in the business world...
