Synopsis of bloody sand

A classic color film with World War II adventure themes. Representative work of Canadian director Arthur Hiller. In Libya before the Battle of El Alamein in 1942, a desert commando team consisting of a Canadian Long Range Desert Force (LRDG) major and a German-Jewish captain of SIG (Jewish Organization) and their subordinates, led by a British colonel, disguised themselves as German and British troops. The prisoner of war drove an armored car and five trucks across the Sahara Desert to Tobruk to attack the large German fuel depot and destroy the Italian artillery firepower. The film starts with SIG members going to Algiers to kidnap a major, and ends with the success of the adventure and the desert commandos being encircled and suppressed by the Germans. Desert War Exploits of Canadians and German Jews. The journey is full of dangers and twists and turns, making it a thrilling and exciting journey. The scene of the attack on the large German fuel depot at the end of the film is also quite spectacular. Starring Rock Hudson, George Peppard and Nigel Green.
