Synopsis of Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol

Faced with the current situation that it was difficult for the police to do their jobs in a timely manner, Principal Lasare came up with a bizarre idea and launched the "Police for All" plan, in which the police academy is responsible for training social volunteers to strengthen the relationship between the police and the people.
