Synopsis of Line of Duty Season 1

During an anti-terrorism operation, due to an intelligence error, the British SWAT force accidentally killed a Middle Eastern immigrant who was holding a child. The head of the operation team decided to completely wipe out the scandal, so he called in the team members who knew the truth to unify their voices and record the incident. False confession. Detective Captain Steve (Martin Compston) was very dissatisfied with his chief's decision, so he resigned from his post and was transferred to the covert operations team affiliated with the British Anti-Corruption Agency.
