Synopsis of Capturing the Friedmans

The film tells the true story of how the Firedman family was destroyed by a sudden case. In that typical American town that is calm on the surface but actually full of hypocrisy, vigilance and hysteria, Arnold Friedman, a middle-aged and dull computer teacher who has pedophilia but does not seem to have the courage to do evil, is regarded as the man who raped countless boys. The devil was thrown into prison and finally committed suicide by taking pills; his younger son was also sentenced to 14 years for the same crime. The inside story of this case remains a mystery.
