Synopsis of Possessed

Kang Hee-jin (played by Nam Sang-mi), a female college student studying in Seoul, works hard every day and is exhausted. On this day, she received a call from her mother and learned that her sister Shao Zhen (played by Shen Enjing) was missing and her whereabouts were unknown. She hurried back to her hometown, but her mother was stubborn and thought that Shao Zhen could return home only by praying devoutly. Faced with her mother's numbness, Hee-jin had no choice but to call the police, but police officer Tae-hwan (played by Ryu Seung-ryong) only treated it as a normal runaway from home. Soon, a woman hung herself in front of the window of Xizhen's house and fell to her death. Tai Huan found a suicide note from the deceased's room, which even mentioned Shao Zhen's name. Tae-hwan couldn't get any clues from Hee-jin's mother, so he had to get clues from the community administrator. But they learned that Shao Zhen had been possessed by a ghost, and the whole case began to develop in a strange direction...
