Synopsis of Motorway

This film mainly tells a pure Hong Kong police and gangster story with racing as the core. Chen Xiang (Shawn Yue) is a new member of the elite "Stealth Team" of the Police Traffic Department. He is a fierce and jealous man who drives a disguised police car and hides on the road to pursue his target. Jiang Xin (played by Guo Xiaodong) is a "driver" who specializes in helping robbers escape by car. He dominates the car industry with his "8000 rpm, 2 mile" right-angle suspension drift technology, and has never failed since his debut. The retired police officer Lu Feng (played by Anthony Wong) has a timid and conservative personality. As Chen Xiang's partner in the police force, the two often end up at each other's throats when performing tasks together. In a battle with Jiang Xin many years ago, Lu left a deep psychological shadow. This time, Jiang Xin returned to commit crimes, and Chen Xiang chased him into a narrow alley, almost causing a car crash and death. In order to save Chen Xiang, Lu Feng drove the "invisible tank" again to fight against the gangsters. A thrilling, life-or-death speed-drive battle between cops and robbers is about to begin.
