Synopsis of The Water Horse

Because of the war, Angus McMorrow's (Alex Ittle) father went on an expedition to the battlefield. He lives with his mother and sister. He has a deep relationship with his father and looks forward to his father coming home and being reunited every day. Angus likes the vast sea, but is afraid of swimming. One day he found a strange stone on the beach. It turned out to be an egg, and Angus was surprised when a strange reptile appeared in front of him. He renamed the little animal "Crusoe". Even though Crusoe was naughty, he was very obedient to Angus's words. Angus regarded Crusoe as his friend and took good care of him. However, as Crusoe grew older, he was afraid that his mother would ask him to give up Crusoe. At this time, their big house was requisitioned by the army as a shelter, and Angus had to be even more careful. But it is still inevitable that many ridiculous things happened because of Crusoe's mischief. Fortunately, Angus had the help of his valet Lewis, and they put the growing Crusoe into Loch Ness. Angus often ran to play with Crusoe, and dived underwater for the first time under Crusoe's leadership. But there are undercurrents in life, and locals begin to discover Crusoe's existence and want to become famous. Even the military man living in Angus's house...
