This film is a remake of the 1971 British horror film "Countess Dracula". It is adapted from real events and was written, directed and starred by Delbay. In 17th-century Hungary, Countess Elizabeth (Julie Delpy) is famous for her beauty. Since her husband died in the war, she has been living as a widow in the castle as she grows older. At a court dance, Elizabeth met the handsome and passionate aristocratic young man Istvan (Daniel Brühl), and the two fell in love together. The affair between the two was firmly opposed by Istvan's father. He forcibly sent his son to Denmark and found a younger marriage partner for him. Feeling disappointed, Elizabeth turns to the witch Anna for help in restoring her love. According to legend, the blood of virgins has miraculous effects on beauty. In order to maintain her beauty, Elizabeth secretly murdered 650 virgins and bathed in their blood. What awaits Elizabeth is not the return of love, but imprisonment, and finally death in prison. But behind this absurd and bloody incident, there is another secret hidden...
