The Town That Dreaded Sundown

Synopsis of The Town That Dreaded Sundown

Famous media such as the Associated Press and Life magazine have reported on the "Moonlight Murders" in 1964. At that time, the town fell into panic. At dusk, the entire town was under martial law and heavily armed police patrolled the streets. It wasn't until there were no more attacks for three months that the police gradually withdrew. In 1976, a film of the same name based on the case was released. Two survivors described the killer as six feet tall and wearing a mask with only his eyes and mouth exposed. In the 2014 version of "Escape", serial murders begin again. The masked killer returns to Texarkana after more than sixty years. Is someone deliberately imitating it, or is there something more terrifying brewing secretly? A lonely high school girl seems to know the secret to unlocking all this.
