Synopsis of Torment
Middle school student Eric (Kegelin) fell in love with young Berta and shared the joy of first love with her. But a man Eric doesn't know casts a pall over their relationship. This man tortured Berta sexually, but Eric never knew the man's identity. One day Eric found Berta dead, she had committed suicide. At her residence, Eric met his Latin teacher (Jaler), who was called "Caligula" by his students - the name of a lewd and cruel Roman emperor in history. Although he did not kill Berno with his own hands, he was the one who contributed to her death, and he should be held responsible for this. With Berta's death, Eric is freed from a love that was hopeless for him.
