Synopsis of On Deadly Ground

The story takes place in the beautiful and cold Alaska. The arrival of the exploration team sent by Aegis Petroleum Company broke the peaceful life of the residents here. The surface of the land was dug up, and noise and pollution filled the entire ice sheet. Before long, the local original Fierce conflicts arose between the residents and the development company. What chills the indigenous people is that the government, bribed by interests, is on the side of the oil companies. Tuft (played by Steven Seagal) is a member of the exploration team. One day, he met an Eskimo girl named Ma Su (played by Chen Chong). Ma Su's words and deeds influenced Tuft , which made him suspicious and disgusted with what his employer did. In order to obtain greater profits, the company's president Michael (Michael Caine) decided to expand the mining area regardless of ecological damage. However, Taft's defection undoubtedly became a stumbling block for him to execute the conspiracy, so Michael sent a killer in an attempt to eliminate Taft and then quickly.
