Synopsis of Continuum Season 1

A group of super criminals (terrorists) from 2077 successfully crossed the time rift to 2012. Policewoman Kiera Cameron (Rachel Nicholas) pursued them and came to modern society together. Finding that she could no longer return to her hometown and see her husband and son, Kiera simply settled down in 2012, vowing to catch those criminals before they completely changed the course of history. The female police officer wears a high-tech multi-purpose "additional skin" that can be used as a weapon or a communication device. Unfortunately, the super costume was damaged. The female police officer called the manufacturer to come for repair, but the signal was intercepted by 2012 technology expert Alec Sadler (Erik Knudson). The female police officer decides to work with the technology expert to find her way home - but before that, she must carefully hide her identity. She infiltrated the local law enforcement agency, successfully became a police detective, and established a friendship with her partner Carlos Fonnegra (Victor Webster).
