Synopsis of white box

The so-called "Shirobako" refers to the video tapes that are specially made and given to the staff involved in the animation production before the animation is broadcast. It has a long and touching history, because these video tapes are usually packaged in white boxes. In the box, it is called "white box". The producer Aoi Miyamori (voiced by Juri Kimura) who has always adhered to her ideals, the serious but somewhat cowardly original animator Ema Yasuhara (voiced by Haruka Kamura), the unappreciated voice actor Shizuka Sakaki (voiced by Haruka Chisuge), the CG painter Misa Toudo (voiced by Asami Takano) and Midori Imai (voiced by Hitomi Owada), a screenwriter who is easily obsessed with her own hobbies, are five girls with very different personalities. They are working together to realize Shirobako's dream. This is not an easy journey. What interesting stories will happen on the road?
