Synopsis of The Storm Riders

Xiongba (played by Chiba Shinichi), the leader of the Tianxiahui Gang, wants to conquer the world, so he asks the God of Fortune-telling, Ni Bodhisattva (played by Li Yaoxiang), to predict his first half of life: "Golden scales are not things in the pond. They will turn into dragons when encountering storms." So Xiong Ba ordered two children to be recruited as apprentices, and their birth dates must match the instructions to help Xiong Ba's cause. They are Nie Feng (played by Ekin Cheng) and Bu Jingyun (played by Aaron Kwok), but in fact both of them have a sworn hatred against Xiong Ba. Feng and Yun, together with their senior brother Qin Shuang and their domineering daughter Kong Ci (played by Christine Yang), grew up, acquired good martial arts skills, and almost dominated the martial arts world. Only the arch-rival Sword Master made Xiong Ba worried, but "success is as bad as failure." Xiong Ba began to use women as tools to deal with Nie Feng and Bu Jingyun, causing the death of Kong Ci.
