Synopsis of A Man Called Hero
In 1913, Qian Wuyi (played by Xu Jinjiang) brought foreigners to seize the family heirloom, and the Chinese family was brutally wiped out. The Chinese hero (played by Ekin Cheng) kills all the foreigners in anger. He reluctantly separated from his wife Jie Yu (played by Christine Yang) for a while and fled to the United States to work as a laborer to make a living. However, he suffered the unfair treatment of racial discrimination. Hua Yingxiong resisted and ran away. Jie Yu went to the United States with her pregnancy, and was helped by Yuan Wu (played by Yuan Biao), the owner of Zhonghua Tower. The hero was also rescued by the ghost servant, and the couple reunited. On the night when Jieyu gave birth to twins, the Chinese Building was set on fire by the "Five Magicians". Jieyu died, the baby girl was abducted, and the baby boy was adopted by his friend Shengnu (played by Lin Xiaofeng).
