Synopsis of May this moment last forever

Takayuki Narumi (voiced by Kisho Taniyama), Shinji Taira (voiced by Aokijo) and Suigetsu Hayase (voiced by Tomoko Ishibashi) are good friends in their student days. They are about to graduate and the three of them are about to run towards different futures. One day, Narumi Takayuki met a girl named Suzumiya Haruka (voiced by Minami Ribayashi). Under the help of Hayase Suigetsu, Narumi Takayuki and Suzumiya Haruka came together. In fact, Suiyue has always secretly liked Takayuki. On her birthday, she found Takayuki who was about to date Suzumiya Haruka, hoping that he could give her a ring as a gift. However, when Takayuki bid farewell to Suigetsu and came to the date, what awaited him was the sad news that Suzumiya Haruka fell into a coma due to a car accident. Three years later, Suzumiya Haruka woke up from a coma, but her memory still stayed on the day of the accident three years ago. Little did she know that Takayuki and Suigetsu had already come together at this time.
