Synopsis of The Grudge

The horrifying story unfolds after Rookie artist Haruka is troubled by the sound of footsteps coming from her home late at night, and discusses the matter with Odajima, a spiritual researcher she met on a TV variety show. Although it is not well known until now, "The Grudge" is based on what actually happened. In this series, for the first time, many abominable events that occurred in the "House of the Damned" at the source are revealed. Then, a "chain of curses" spread from there. Can this group of people escape the curse of the haunted house? What terrible things have happened to this cursed house before?
