Synopsis of Blade Runner 2049

The story takes place 30 years after the blackout. Replicant K (played by Ryan Gosling) is a new generation of Blade Runner. In today's world, the boundaries between humans and replicants are more clearly defined. Replicants have been indoctrinated since they were created. Thoughts that serve human beings must never be allowed to generate human emotions. One day, the remains of a female replica were excavated. What shocked Army Lieutenant Josh (Robin Wright) was that the female replica was not only pregnant but also gave birth to a child. Down the road, the existence of this child will completely destroy the rules and order that the government has painstakingly maintained. Josh ordered K to find the child and kill him. In an abandoned farm, K discovered some clues. However, these clues were inextricably related to his implanted past memories. At the same time, the replicator Neander (Jared Leto) and his subordinate Love (Sylvia Hoeks) are also looking for the whereabouts of the child.
