Synopsis of I Am Curious (Yellow)
Lina (Lena Nyman) follows the film's director Wilgot Sieman to make a movie and becomes his actress. The camera followed her on the streets of Sweden to interview various people about their views on the class system. People kept secretive about it, and Lina boldly discussed it with people from her own perspective. At home she met Boyer, a salesman who was discussing work with her father. Boye entered Lina's room as an excuse, and the two immediately got into a heated fight. After Lina learned that Boye had a child and a girlfriend, she became furious and came to a house in the suburbs to start a life of abstinence and self-abuse. Boyer found her, and the two fell in love again. Soon Lina discovered the secret of Boyer's lover... In pain, Lina captured 23 past sexual partners in her dream and shot Boyer dead. After returning to the city, she saw the government's decree on "violent" sports on TV, and she and Boyer broke up after treating pubic lice at a clinic. When she returned home and faced the scolding of her parents, her emotions finally exploded...
