Synopsis of Glory Road

1965 was the era of Martin Luther King and the Black Panther Party, the Beatles and the Vietnam War, and white men ruling the world in basketball. High school women's basketball coach Don Huggins (Josh Lucas) received an appointment from Texas Western University. Although the salary provided was not high-the family could only temporarily live in the boys' dormitory, and the board of directors' funding was not enough to recruit high-level athletes, but Since he was about to coach a team in the first division of the NCAA (National Collegiate Association Championship), Huggins took over the job and immediately started a wide-ranging player search with his assistants targeting black players.
