Synopsis of Police, Adjective
The emerging Romanian director who made a blockbuster hit with "12:08 East Bucharest" once again shocked Cannes and won two consecutive awards for his black realistic comedy. A policeman knew that the legal provisions were about to be revised due to the change of government, so he was unwilling to immediately arrest a student with a minor crime as the commander wanted, but he was caught in a dilemma.
