Synopsis of House of Games

Margaret Ford, the author of the best-selling book "The Drive of Behavior" is a psychoanalyst. In order to help her patient Billy, a gambler whose life was in danger due to gambling debts, she went to the casino to understand the gambler. Psychological condition, where he met Billy's creditor Mike. The smooth-tongued Mike was full of sweet words and tried his best to drag Margaret into the water. Under Mike's seduction, part of Margaret's self seemed to revive and achieve some kind of "liberation." She participated in a so-called gambling scam in an attempt to profit from it, but this elaborate scam went awry: Margaret accidentally killed a policeman, and Margaret suffered a huge loss. Later, Margaret discovered that all this turned out to be a big scam, and she was tricked by Mike. In order to get back the money she lost, Margaret also set up a trap, but when Mike saw it through, she had to shoot him to death. Without her creditors, Margaret became a true gambler. She used the methods Mike taught her to get what she wanted.
