Synopsis of Pickup on South Street
The work of Samuel Fuller, the godfather of American B-movies, won the Bronze Lion Award at the 18th Venice Film Festival in 1953. The police, thieves, and filmmakers were inadvertently brought together... and finally caused trouble related to state secrets. The protagonist just wants to make a movie, but falls into an adventure in reality, and finally understands the interesting relationship between life and movies.
