Synopsis of Company of Heroes

In December 1944, Lieutenant Kandy of the U.S. Second Infantry Division in the Ardennes Forest of Belgium ordered Sergeant Matheson to lead his men to transport ham to the front line. On the way, Matheson's team was attacked by German troops, and their vehicles and supplies were destroyed. During the retreat to the battalion headquarters, they accidentally came across a German atomic bomb testing base, where a wounded US military intelligence agent was found. Before his death, the intelligence agent strongly urged them to go deep into Stuttgart, which was still occupied by the German army, to destroy the German atomic bomb plan. Subsequently, the Matheson team set out to perform a dangerous and arduous mission... In the end, they transported back an atomic bomb that had been manufactured by the German army, and incidentally rescued a large number of prisoners of war.
