Synopsis of Fortress

The commander of a B-17 Flying Fortress bomber was killed during a mission over Sicily in 1943. A young flight officer succeeded the B-17 and became the new flight commander. During a bombing mission from his superiors, he led his brothers into charge. This battle made him understand that every mission would cost the precious lives of many brothers. However, the next mission was an unparalleled and thrilling aerial operation, which tested the tacit understanding and trust of the entire company. Mixed with ruthless sacrifices and tragic aerial battles, how should he fulfill his superiors' instructions and take into account the precious lives of his brothers?
