Synopsis of The Pick-up Artist

Jack (Robert Downey Jr.) relies on his handsome appearance to indulge in beauty all day long and is proud of it. By chance, Jack met a girl named Randy (Molly Ringwald) in a bar. He was deeply attracted by this confident and enthusiastic girl, and the two hit it off and talked happily. However, the next day, Randy's attitude towards Jack took a 180-degree turn. Jack, who was puzzled, found Randy's residence and found out that Randy's father was a gambler and was carrying a lot of money. Huge debt. In order to pay off her father's debt, Randy had to seek help from the rich man Fernando (played by Bob Gunton). Fernando asked Randy to exchange her body for her. Jack offered to help Randy, but was rejected by the latter. Randy went to Atlantic City to try his luck at the gambling table.
