Synopsis of Spiral

Mason (Joel Moore), who is thin, pale, and with a sickly face, is a telemarketer for a company. His job every day is to call different strangers, repeating boring words over and over again. In daily life, Mason suffers from asthma and is easily nervous. He hardly communicates with others. His overbearing boss Berkeley (Zachary Levi) seems to be his only conversation partner. One day, Mason met Amber Tamblyn, a newcomer to the company. This girl was expelled from Berkeley just a few days after arriving, but Mason started a relationship with her. April's cheerful and optimistic personality gradually affects the somewhat autistic Mason, and their lives seem to have changed dramatically... The film won second place in the New Wave Award at the 2007 Austin Fantasy Film Festival and the Golden Image Award at the 2007 Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
