Synopsis of From Prada to Nada

The film is a Latin version of Jane Austen's classic novel Sense and Sensibility. The story is set in modern Los Angeles. Sister Nora Domiguez (played by Camilla Belle) is a law student, and sister Mary (played by Alexa Vega) is an undergraduate at home. The only thing she cares about is shopping and attending parties to have fun. Living a life of extreme luxury in Beverly Hills with his father. Mary refuses to acknowledge her inherent Mexican ancestry. When her father suddenly passes away, her luxurious lifestyle disappears.
