Synopsis of Love at First Hiccup

The film is a remake of the 1999 Danish film of the same name, "First Love Starts with a Hiccup." High school freshman Vidor (played by Devon Werkheiser) falls in love with a sophomore girl Anya (played by Scout Taylor-Compton). But Anya is already dating Peter, who drives a Porsche. However, Victor's friends Tochi and Nicolai do not support him in pursuing Anya. One day, Victor plucked up the courage to invite Anya to the class dance, and Anya's best friend Kitty also encouraged everyone to go. At the dance, Victor hiccupped desperately. Anya joked that if Victor hiccupped again, she would force him to kiss him, but Victor really stopped. Victor overhears the news that Peter bribed Kitty to make Anya lose her virginity, and decides to stop it. But who knew it would lead to a complete loss of control, a blow to Peter's self-esteem, and a surprise to Anya. It turns out that Anya's brother Brian is a classmate of Victor's brother Aspen, and the two secretly directed the filming of a "love disaster movie". The content is about Victor's unfortunate love encounter and how he was reborn from the catastrophe. And in the end, can Vito really win Anya's heart?
