Synopsis of Terminator Genisys

After Skynet gained independent consciousness, it launched a bloody massacre against the humans who created it. In the years that followed, John Connor (Jason Clarke) led his comrades in a protracted war with Skynet's robot army. After a crucial battle, Skynet sent the Terminator to Los Angeles in 1984 in an attempt to kill John's mother Sarah (Emilia Clarke). And John sent his closest comrade-in-arms, Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney), who was also his biological father. Kyle was attacked by the liquid metal Terminator T-1000 (played by Lee Byung-hun) as soon as he arrived in Los Angeles.
