Synopsis of Scream 2

The bloody storm strikes Windsor College again! A student couple was killed in public by a masked murderer while watching a horror movie. The audience thought it was a joke caused by the movie and no one stopped them. On the other hand, Sydney (Neve Campbell) is now a well-known figure in the town of Kurtz. After Caton Vere was acquitted due to Weigel's new book, the media and police focused their attention again On Sydney. At the same time, the masked killer went on a killing spree again, and mysterious phone calls continued to haunt Sydney and the people around her. For a time, everyone once again fell into panic about the unknown murderer, and Sydney's boyfriend Derek seemed quite consistent with the clues that exposed the murderer.
