Synopsis of The Pornographers

Aping (Osawa Shoichi), who is in his forties, makes a living by making pornographic audio and video products. By chance, he falls in love with his landlord, Achun (Sakamoto Sumiko), the widow of Matsuda Barber Shop, and they become a de facto couple. . Although Ah Chun longs for a new life, he has deep fears in his heart. She believes that the carp born on the day her husband died is the incarnation of her husband, so any abnormal behavior of the carp affects her sensitive nerves. Achun also has two children. Koichi (played by Kondo Masaomi) is a high school student who has been inseparable from his mother's care for a long time. His daughter Keiko (played by Keiko Sagawa) seems to be too independent, and has an ambiguous relationship with Aping. . As Achun suddenly fell ill, this ordinary but strange little family slowly became unbalanced... This film is adapted from the original work by Nosaka Akiru.
