Synopsis of Sun Records Season 1

CMT has released the official trailer for the eight-episode limited series "SunRecords." The play describes the collision of "music" and "race" in Memphis in the 1950s, which ultimately gave birth to the first batch of superstars in the history of pop music. After these young artists became famous overnight, they had to face severe political turmoil and social changes. Leslie Grief serves as executive producer and Academy Award nominee Roland Joffé directs. The story begins in December 1956, when Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis and Johnny Cash met for the first time at the Sun Records studio in Memphis. During this session, they casually sang and recorded a batch of gospel songs and mountain country rock songs. Some of these, including 17 songs, were first made public in 1981. Many years later, additional content was found, and a new album was officially released. In 2006, a musical put their meeting on stage. In 2010, the musical debuted on Broadway...
