Synopsis of Chill Factor
The story takes place on a small island in the Pacific Ocean, where a secret military technology research base is hidden. Every day, the secret weapon "Elvis" that may lead to the destruction of the world is being studied in full swing. Dr. Richard (David Paymer) is the leader of the research.
