Synopsis of If I Stay

The film is adapted from the best-selling novel of the same name by American writer Gail Foreman in 18 countries. Mia, a talented classical music girl, is involved in a serious car accident with her family. She suddenly leaves her body in a coma and sees the future between life and death. In this trailer, Moretz reads the preface of the novel as a narration. While watching himself fall at the scene of a car accident and lying on the operating table, his boyfriend and his companions rush to the hospital, and the nurse whispers in his ear while thinking about what to do. How to make this difficult choice: die with your parents, or wake up and continue your life.
