Synopsis of Marathon Man

Levi (Dustin Hoffman) lost his father not long ago, which made the relationship between him and his brother Doc (Roy Scheider) even closer. One day, Levi met a beautiful girl named Elsa (Marthe Keller). Levi, who fell in love instantly, launched a passionate offensive against Elsa. Soon, the two fell in love. People came together. Levi invited Doc and Elsa to have lunch together. The keen Doc discovered the secret hidden by Elsa. Not long after, Doc was killed. What shocked Levi was that Doc turned out to be an agent working for a secret government organization, and his death was not an accident, but a victim of political struggle. With the help of police officer Jenny (William Devane), Levi began to investigate the truth of the incident, but found that he was already at the center of the conspiracy.
