Synopsis of The Big Year

"Big Year" is a competition for bird watching enthusiasts. Participants need to spend an entire year recording the number of bird species they observe. The one with the greatest number wins. Brad, Stu and Kenny are three die-hard birdwatchers. Brad (Jack Black) is an older homebody who has accomplished nothing, so when he decided to spend a lot of money to participate in the "Big Year", his parents thought he was crazy; Stu (played by Steve Martin) was The president of a large company, so when he decided to put down his million-dollar business and go to attend the "New Year's Eve", his assistant thought he was crazy. The old and the young met in the competition, quickly became friends, and decided to work together to deal with their strongest opponent-Kenny (Owen Wilson), the winner of the previous "Big Year". Only bird friends understand what it means to give up a whole year's career and life. The three "bird friends" compete hard in the New Year, but in the end they have to face the problems in life...
