Synopsis of Towelhead

The 13-year-old mixed-race girl Jacilla Moran (Summer Bishil) is in a period of restless youth, and she has great curiosity about sex. Worried about her daughter's growth, Jacila's mother Gale (Maria Bello) decided to send her daughter to Houston, the United States, to find his father Lifit (Peter Macdissi). Rifit was born in Lebanon and was a Muslim who converted to Christianity. With his job at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Rifet lived a comfortable and wealthy American life. When dealing with his daughter whom he has not seen for a long time, Lifit is both kind and strict. However, in this bizarre metropolis, the desire deep in Jacila's soul awakened even more uncontrollably.
