Synopsis of The Last Wave

Burton is a lawyer who was entrusted to serve as a legal aid lawyer for an Aboriginal murder case. He vaguely felt that this death case was strange, but like the constant rain, he couldn't see the state of things clearly. In the director's images, the indigenous people represent primitive mysticism, and the tribes are to urban modernization just like the introduction of the indigenous people in the book: distant and unknown.
