Synopsis of Short Circuit 2

The robot Johnny Five does something completely different from other robots, such as the Terminator, Transformers, and RoboCop. Johnny 5 is not a machine demon who wants to rule the earth, nor is he a machine slave at the mercy of humans. He refuses to recognize himself as an object, or even a machine. He declared loudly that "I am also a kind of life" and longed for mankind to accept him. He strives to learn from humans and get closer to humans in all aspects. For this reason he put on clothes and went to church to ask the priest about the mysteries of the soul. Johnny No. 5 is innocent, kind, helpful, and ignorant of the world, just like a child. He tried his best to help designer Benjamin produce toys and help him fall in love. This also makes him especially easy for bad guys to take advantage of. At first, he helped the thief "get" the stereo in the car, and later he helped Oscar "take out" the diamonds from the bank vault, and was beaten half to death by Oscar's gang.
