Synopsis of Short Circuit

"Thunderbolt 5" is a science fiction comedy film released in 1986 by Samsung Pictures, a subsidiary of Sony Pictures. NOVA Arms Company developed five war robots, and one of the robots, "No. 5", was suddenly struck by lightning one day. After that, it developed self-awareness and began to call itself "Johnny No. 5". It escaped to the streets, but was regarded as a threat by humans, and the remaining four robots were also hunting it. It must try to convince the scientist who invented it that "it is a life form, not a war robot." During a short circuit, he broke into the home of Stephanie, who is passionate about protecting animals, and learned human wisdom and humanity from the process of interacting with people. Later, he refused to return to the weapons company to serve as their killing tool.
