Synopsis of For Love or Money

This romantic comedy explores the modern values of people in big cities blindly pursuing wealth and status, and the decline of moral conscience. Doug is a concierge at a high-end New York hotel. He is very enterprising and works wonders for hotel guests. He dreamed of owning his own luxury hotel one day, so he cut down on food and clothing and saved every penny. Finally, he met a wealthy businessman who was willing to help him fulfill his wish on the condition that he serve his mistress. Seeing that his dream was about to come true, Doug found himself gradually falling into the whirlpool of love, facing the choice between love and bread.
