Synopsis of The Last of Robin Hood

The film begins in October 1959. According to breaking news, Hollywood star Flynn (played by Kevin Kline) has just passed away. He died in the arms of his lover, Beverly (Dakota Fanning), a 17-year-old rising film star. What is even more surprising is that Beverly's mother Florence (Susan Sarandon) not only knew about it, but also allowed it to happen for two years. The film then reconstructs this story through Florence's memories and dictation to reporters.
