Synopsis of Ed Wood

This is a personal and autobiographical film about struggle. In 1951, the ambitious Ed Wood (played by Johnny Depp) finally waited for the opportunity to direct and star in a movie, but this plan soon died. Ed was not discouraged, but continued to look for investors and actors one by one. Even his girlfriend was roped into the crew to participate in the performance. Every time he was halfway through the preparations, he still didn't get the movie contract, his dreams were shattered again and again, and his girlfriend also left him. Although our Ed has been admitted to the hospital for a while, he has not given up on his dream pursuit: he is still running around looking for investors, begging famous actors to join his crew, and was captured in the movie theater.
